Inside of your laptop (notebook) computer there is a tiny 1.8" or 2.5" hard disk drive. The data recovery process requires the bare hard drive only that should be extracted from your laptop (notebook) computer case. To remove the hard drive from your computer you may use the laptop's manual or some other technician help from outside. All brackets, side screws, interface adapters are supposed to be removed before the failed media is shipped out to our recovery lab. If hard drive extraction process is too complicated for you and there is no one to help to do it professionally it might a good idea to ship the whole laptop computer to recovery data.
